# Elite American Miss North Carolina Preliminary Pageant ## Hair & Makeup Vendor Information and Guidelines To maintain an organized, professional, and safe environment for our contestants and registered vendors, all Hair and Makeup vendors must follow the guidelines below. ### Contestant Readiness and Scheduling * Contestants must be present and ready at least **10 minutes before their scheduled call time**. * Contestants who miss their call time will be placed at the **end of their scheduled group**. * Every effort will be made to accommodate contestants; however, completing services before the contestant’s required pageant reporting time cannot be guaranteed when an appointment is missed or delayed. ### Registered Vendors Only * Only vendors who have completed registration and paid the required vendor fee may provide Hair and Makeup services on the premises. * Registered vendors must remain within their assigned Hair and Makeup area while providing services. * Any non-registered vendor found providing Hair or Makeup services will be required to **pay the applicable vendor fee immediately or leave the premises**. * Vendor registration applies only to the approved vendor and may not be transferred or shared with another individual. ### Hair and Makeup Station Setup * Hair and Makeup tables must be positioned **away from contestant dressing areas**. * Styling products, makeup, hot tools, sprays, adhesives, and other supplies must not be used near gowns, Fun Fashion outfits, EAM Wear, or other contestant clothing. * Vendors are responsible for arranging their stations in a way that protects contestants’ garments and personal belongings from spills, stains, heat, overspray, or other damage. * Stations must remain neat, organized, and within the space assigned by pageant staff.
