Elite American Miss NC/SC Photogenic Competition: Official Rules & Regulations By submitting a photo to the Elite American Miss NC/SC Photogenic Competition, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility & Submission Age Appropriateness: All entries must be age appropriate. Photos deemed suggestive, revealing, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of the Elite American Miss pageant system will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the judges. Format: Photos may be submitted in full color or black and white. Images must be clear, high-resolution digital files (JPG or PNG format). Originality: The contestant must be the subject of the photograph. By entering, you warrant that you have the legal right to submit the image and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. 2. Image Quality & Editing Retouching: Minor color correction and blemish removal are permitted. However, heavy digital manipulation that alters the structural facial features or body composition of the contestant is prohibited and will result in disqualification. AI-Generated Content: The use of AI-generated imagery or AI-enhanced portraits that replace the actual likeness of the contestant is strictly prohibited. Photos must be authentic captures of the contestant. Watermarks: Images containing photographer watermarks, signatures, or logos will be disqualified. Please ensure your submission is a "clean" professional file. 3. Copyright & Usage By submitting, you grant Elite American Miss NC/SC the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish, display, and promote your submitted images in connection with the pageant’s marketing, social media, and competition materials. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the photographer for the use of the image in this competition. 4. Judging Process Judging is based on personality, clarity, appeal, and overall photographic quality. All judges' decisions are final and binding. No correspondence regarding judging results will be entered into. 5. Deadlines & Disqualification Deadlines: All entries must be received by the stated deadline. Late entries will not be accepted. Disqualification: Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate disqualification without refund. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates the spirit of the competition. 6. Tie Procedures In the event of a tie, the judges will review the tied entries again based on the criteria of "Photogenic Appeal" to determine a winner. 7. Conduct All contestants are expected to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship. Harassment of staff, judges, or other contestants will lead to immediate removal from the competition and future events. Acknowledgment: By checking the acknowledgment box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules & Regulations. I certify that the photo submitted is a true representation of the contestant and that I have the authority to submit this image.
